ISTRIADUCTION All Year | No Working time | Free Entrance I fondali dell`odierna baia di Zambrattia sono un vero e proprio tesori archeologico. Tutti i reperti archeologici rinvenuti in mare, per effetto di mutamenti naturali avvenuti negli ultimi millenni ( innalzamento del livello del mare – trasgressione marina), in orgine si trovavano su terraferma oppure lungo la costa.I resti di un`imbarcazione protostorica sono stati rivenutti alla profondità di 2,20m sotto il mare. Si tratta di una nave con il fasciame dello scafo formato da assi di olmo tenute insieme da corde fatte passare attraverso i fori praticati sui bordi della tavole. La lunghezza conservata dello mediante radiocarbonio fa risalire l`imbarcazione protostorica di Zambrattia alla fine dell`età del bronzo. Conferendole di titolo della nave più antica di questo genere rinvenuta nell`Adriatico. SWEET MEMORIES –TRADITIONAL GRANDMA RAVIOLI

ISTRIADUCTION Saturday morning jumped out of bed and put on my clothes. Got in my car and raced like I’m driving Formula 1, all the way to Grandma House. Knocked on the door with smile on my face looking at the Grandma place, Paz - Cerovlje. (Remix version of Magic – Rude) Hello, sweet child of mine, come on in and let’s make Ravioli with cheese. I’m going to show you how Grandma does it. Before we start wash your hands, put an apron and let’s get ready to rumble! It is Grandma home so you should know before we start there is going to be a plenty of Ravioli at the end, nobody is going home hungry. First we need to make Ravioli dough. Place flour mixture on a board (1kg.), making a well in the center of the flour. Beat the eggs (2 eggs) slightly and drop it into the flour well. Combine the eggs and flour together, adding enough water to make dough. Water should be lukewarm (not too cold and not too warm).Knead dough well, until it gets smooth. Cover the dough, so that cannot run away and start grinding cheese. Work

ISTRIADUCTION All Year | No working Time | Pay per Entrance The National Park Brijuni comprise 14 island and islets - Veliki Brijun, Mali Brijun, St. Mark, Gaz, Okrugljak, Supin, Supinić, Galija, Grunj, Vanga (Krasnica), Pusti (Madona), Vrsar, St. Jerome and Kozada. It is one of the loveliest archipelagos in Mediteran, together with favorable climate and rich animal life make the island a must for every visitor in Istria. The person responsible for tourist valorization was Paul Kupelwieser, who in 1893 bought the island an intention of turning them into an exclusive tourist center. Kupelwieser invited Robert Koch, the famous bacteriologist who put a lot of efforts to exterminate malaria from islands. In 1912 the Zoo was founded.
