International prosciutto fair in Tinjan brings prosciutto producers from Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Germany, Austria and Spain. We had the opportunity to taste more than thirty types of prosciutto. Also, we tried cheese and wine because producers of these products had also participated in the Fair. Beside gastro products, there were a large variety of other products in the outdoor area. After the fair is a concert with local performers from Croatia.
