We wanted to taste the traditional local specialties and carefully formed local wines. So we decided to go in village Špinovci. To get to Špinovci you need to drive through the deep forest and in the end, you will see the tavern, surrounded with the greenness of nature. We ordered traditional local specialties like prosciutto, goat cheese and carefully formed local wine. The prosciutto was a bit mashed but we didn’t want to stop on that and we ordered “Maneštra”. Maneštra was with a vegetable stew spring corn and and we put some olive oil and made delicious lunch.
Tips: Try to take a walk through olive tree garden and find a perfect view on Motovun hill.
