CHEESE EXPERIENCE @ VESNA LOBORIKA

ISTRIADUCTION December | Free Entrance Just a 10 minute drive from Pula city centre and a couple of minutes away from Pula airport  you can taste the prized Istrian cheeses of Vesna Loborika. Once you arrive at the tavern in  Loborika the best you can do is to order the cheese board for starter. Since I’m a pasta lover, for the main course I tried the Vesna’s homemade Ravioli with cheese which were very tasty and cheesy as I expected it to be. My wife ordered local pasta fuži  with truffles which were a nice mixture of cream and truffles. After lunch we headed to the cheese shop next by and bought some of their cheeses and olive oil.  The waiter told us that they have shops in Pula  central market and Veruda market as well. KRNICA BOAT EXPERIENCE – BACHELOR PARTY

ISTRIADUCTION In July| Weekend | Pay per Entrance We had an amazing day on Krnica Boat Experience. There was free parking for all the guests on the boat. Then we had the welcome drink and high five from the skipper and crew. We went to the panoramic sightseeing of Raša Fjord it was amazing. After 1 hour we had a swimm on secluded beaches- Beach only for us!!! They gave us snorkeling equipment( including mask, snorkel). The skipper explained everything about the mussels farm that we have visited. MUSSELS MADE IN PERUŠKI – POPULAR SHELLFISH FOR COUNTLESS TASTY DISHES

ISTRIADUCTION Mussels are popular shellfish, accessible, edible, and suitable for countless tasty dishes. How to choose great mussels?....shells must not be chipped, broken or damage. Fresh mussels tend to be tightly open or closed. If mussels are still open after you tap it they are dead. Throw it away! Tip: It should be eaten on the day of purchase. How to prepare it?....To clean mussels, scrub in plenty of cold water to remove barnacles or sand. Discard any that float to the top. Remove a fibrous clump of hairs that sprouts from the shell - by giving it a sharp tug towards the hinge end of the mussel. Place cleaned mussels in a fresh bowl of cold water until ready to use. Change this water two or three times to remove any salt or sand that the mussels may expel.  How to cook it?...it is very easy and simple to cook. Mostly time it is lost on preparation. Before you start to cook you need to get ready following things: tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, wine, brad - crumbs and parsley.
