ISTRIADUCTION March | Free Entrance On the way back along the old road from Lovran to Pula, we stopped at the Tri Murve restaurant. Tavern Tri Murve is in Vozilići near Plomin and is a combination of old and modern interiors. The food is homemade and praiseworthy. We tried beef soup, pljukance in goulash and the local delicacy Krafi in orange sauce. The hosts are friendly, but what kind of restaurant would it be without a good waiter. The waiter is not for five but for ten. MORE ISTRIAGO COLLECTIONS

ISTRIADUCTION December | Free Entrance One of the best fish taverns in Istria is located in Banjole. An ideal example of a combination of local gastronomic offers and a nice ambiance. Arrival at the tavern was announced in advance and a table was waiting for us on the terrace. We offer freshly caught fish and seafood. The offer for starters includes a colorful range of fish, including sardines, flounder, octopus, shark, and sardines, all dosed and presented by a friendly waiter. After the starter, we tasted homemade shrimp ravioli in bisque and grilled scallops. For the very end, we took grilled mixed fish from "orada" to "trilja". Recommended for all fish lovers and people who like to treat their palates to local delicacies. Tip: try the desserts because they are all nice and there is a wide selection. ISTRIADUCTION April| Free Entrance We visited the beautiful Motovun and toured the walls with a beautiful view of the Mirna valley. After the tour we decided to eat something local and went to the tavern "Pod Voltom". The tavern itself is under the vault before entering the main square where the entrance is located. The tavern has a traditional warm colors with a fireplace and local patterns from Istria. They offer fresh asparagus, truffles and teran from Motovun. We ordered asparagus with "pljukanci" and gnocchi with freshly grated truffles. The warmth of the tavern with Istrian traditional elements and a stone floor with an additional charm of meticulousness and purity brings a special touch. Tip: We tried the truffle pancakes which was great. MORE ISTRIAGO COLLECTIONS
