CHEESE EXPERIENCE @ VESNA LOBORIKA

ISTRIADUCTION December | Free Entrance Just a 10 minute drive from Pula city centre and a couple of minutes away from Pula airport  you can taste the prized Istrian cheeses of Vesna Loborika. Once you arrive at the tavern in  Loborika the best you can do is to order the cheese board for starter. Since I’m a pasta lover, for the main course I tried the Vesna’s homemade Ravioli with cheese which were very tasty and cheesy as I expected it to be. My wife ordered local pasta fuži  with truffles which were a nice mixture of cream and truffles. After lunch we headed to the cheese shop next by and bought some of their cheeses and olive oil.  The waiter told us that they have shops in Pula  central market and Veruda market as well. PAPAGO PARK – BIRD PARK NEAR POREČ

ISTRIADUCTION April | All Year | Pay per Entrance Papago Park is the first such park in Croatia, it covers an area of 30,000 m2, it is home to more than 200 birds in almost 30 different species! The main goal of Papago Park is to provide protection and prevent the extinction of endangered bird species. Inches of birds were all procured from Croatian farms. I definitely recommend a visit with families with children as the park itself is very safe and fenced. In addition, all information about each parrot and bird located in the park can be read from the tables and QR codes that are placed on each habitat of each bird. SKATE PARK IN SUNNY PULA

ISTRIADUCTION All Year | No Working time| Free Entrance We visited amazing skate park in Rojc in sunny Pula. It was nice to just sit and chill there and watch local kids skate around. Include the following Islands:  Veliki Brijun, Mali Brijun, Sv.Marko, Gaz, Okrugljak, Supin, Supinić, Galija, Grunj, Vanga (Krasnica), Pusti (Madona), Vrsar, Sv.Jerolim and Kozada.  Veliki Brijun as the largest island of the Brijuni archipelago, which is partly cultivated in a harmonious landscape of lawns and landscape parks, contains besides extremely valuable remains of architectural heritage and preserved vegetation systems of the West-West climatic type. It is important to note that the sea is almost 80% of the protected area of the National Park, which contains almost all original elements of the marine ecosystem of the Adriatic. The climate on Brijuni is mild, Mediterranean with plenty of sun and heat and plenty of humidity in the air, making it a pleasant stay on the island. Island interesting: The old olive tree is one of the oldest olive trees in the Mediterranean; Olives are still producing fruits today and we produce oil from these fruits. THE REVITALIZATION OF KAŽUNI PARK IN THE SURROUNDINGS OF VODNJAN
