INTERNATIONAL PROSCIUTTO FAIR IN TINJAN

ISTRIADUCTION  In October | Working time: All Day | Pay per Entrance   International prosciutto fair in Tinjan brings prosciutto producers from Croatia,  Italy, Slovenia, Germany, Austria and Spain. We had the opportunity to taste more than thirty types of prosciutto. Also, we tried cheese and wine because producers of these products had also participated in the Fair. Beside gastro products, there were a large variety of other products in the outdoor area. After the fair is a concert with local performers from Croatia. MORE ISTRIAGO COLLECTIONS

DINNER WITHOUT LIGHT AND DRACULA IN KONOBA DANIJELI NEAR KRINGA

ISTRIADUCTION  All Year | Working time: 12-24h | Free Entrance We are located in the central Istra 1 km from Kringa, in Konoba Danijeli. The tavern is decorated in a rustic style and offers local Istrian specialties from boškarin, dishes under the lid and various homemade pasta. Kringa has famous vampire story dates back to 1672  about Jure Grando. The legend has it that in 1656, died Jure Grando who was buried on the local cemetery. After 20 minutes  electricity went missing and thoughts started that the legend did wake up. After a few jokes about Dracula  we fired the candles and started eating homemade ravioli with truffles, veal under the lid and gniocchi with the game. A weird evening with no light surrounded by candlelight had encourages us to think about the local dracula, uuu spooky. MORE ISTRIAGO COLLECTIONS
